We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to build out our social presence.

You will be responsible for defining a cross channel strategy, coming up with creative ideas, and deftly executing them to ultimately grow and engage our social following. This role requires a blend of art and science – you’re an original content creator and storyteller, but you are also familiar with the technicalities of the social platforms and can work with a structured plan and measurable goals. You will report directly to the CMO and be based in our Sofia headquarters.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Craft our social media and content strategy & messaging;
  • Grow our social following, using strategic growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and posting innovative content;
  • Proactively develop and post content across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Youtube, the company blog, Reddit, Quora, etc.);
  • Develop and own the social media content calendar and schedule compelling content that embodies our brand voice, style, tone, and visual identity;
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics;
