Payroll Specialist

Sofia, Bulgaria

Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, currently we are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and upbeat individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly payroll and reconciliation of salaries, payslips;
  • Preparing staff schedules for total calculation of working time. Processing of vacations, sick leaves, annexes, bonuses, and benefits;
  • Submitting information for sick leaves to NSSI;
  • Calculating social security, preparing and submitting of declarations 1 and 6;
  • Preparing labor contracts, annexes, and termination orders, submitting to the NRA;
  • Preparing documents for employees - certificates, remuneration forms, retirement certificates 2 and 3 and others;
  • Organizing and maintaining the files for all employees;
  • Preparing labor books;
  • Completing and submitting to the relevant state institutions (NRA, NSSI, NSI, etc.), the required declarations, notifications and reports;
  • Preparing and updating the positions’ chart;
  • Organizing compliance with occupational health, safety, and health conditions and initial and periodic staff briefing. Preparing documents and communication with the Occupational Health Service;
  • Preparing reports required by management.

Our Expectations:

  • Experience in a similar position for at least 3 (three) years;
  • Excellent knowledge of current labor and social security legislation and strong attention to detail;
  • Experience with specialized software - Omex2000 considered an advantage;
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Excel and MS Word;

You will be the face of the company and first point of contact with our growing international customer base. You will be providing top-level customer service over chat, email, and/or telephone. Your day-to-day responsibilities will have a direct impact on shaping up and carrying out our mission to not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations all the way.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prompt and professional online communication with our customers;
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical problems for our customers;
  • Helpful and knowledgeable assistance to customers with their website maintenance;
  • Ensuring tasks and client requests are handled properly in a timely manner;
  • Be open to a diverse working schedule including weekends and night shifts.

  • Previous experience in the customer service field;
